The Piccolo Group recently visited its South African partners, Van Dyck Floors, for a two-week product launch roadshow including Rococo Xtra and Verve Rigid Click.
During March 2018, The Piccolo Group toured Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Johannesburg and Pretoria in South Africa with long-term partners Van Dyck Floors to present Piccolo’s newest ranges of innovative LVT to over 300 architects, specifiers, retailers, contractors, and interior designers.
Following on from Design Flooring roadshow in 2017, Piccolo introduced Rococo Xtra (60”x9”/1524mm x 228.6mm) which Van Dyck will run in 5 stunning wood effects, Herencia Parquet in four colours with matching Herencia Design Strips and a new range of Rococo Tiles (24” x 12” / 609.6mm x 304.8mm). The company also launched a range of Verve Rigid Click (60”x9”/1524mm x 228.6mm) which will be in the same five colours as Rococo Xtra, which is of benefit to contractors in commercial installations which may require the same colour of floor in various applications.
Rachel Coleridge-Smith, Director at The Piccolo Group, said:
“We aim to support our distributors in any way we can; in South Africa we regularly visit and host these educational roadshows to help Van Dyck’s customers understand the benefits and uses of our various brands of flooring.
These roadshows give us, at The Piccolo Group, the opportunity to learn about the market conditions whether that is economic, climatic, or otherwise, whilst Van Dyck and their customers are able to ask questions face-to-face.
The roadshows continue to prove very beneficial in growing our distributor Van Dyck’s sales, and we believe it’s due to a better understanding of the products compared to their competitors.”
The Piccolo Group offers educational roadshow support to all of its distributors. The company boasts over 35 years experience within the LVT flooring industry and a high level of technical knowledge.
